We welcome you in studios for your 1h/1h20 photo shoot.
The selection of up to 3 photos, and the retouching are done in your presence; you receive your photos at the end of the session.

The description below is a description of a usual session, however, if you wish and if you request it enough in advance, we would be willing to make changes (lighting, special background, settings, number of photos, importance of retouching …).

Before the photo shoot
The Freelens Portrait Formula is available by appointment only. However, a last minute appointment may be possible.
Preferably a few days before the session and via a brief telephone conversation, we will take note of your needs and expectations. This will allow us to prepare a lighting for D-Day that will best suit you. If you have any questions or concerns, we will be more than happy to take a moment to answer you. If you wish, we could also provide you with useful tips.
In order to prepare your agreement, we will have a few questions for you. If the future photos are intended for-profit, please let us know.
The Welcoming
On D-Day, we will be waiting for you in studios, determined to offer you an excellent service. Upon arrival, to welcome you, we will be offering you a coffee, tea or other drink.
The parking spaces around the studio are very popular, so we suggest that you plan a little in advance if you choose to come by car.
If possible, please arrive all already dressed and well groomed; of course, if necessary, we will gladly give you some time to finish preparing.
After a warm welcome we will quietly move on to the shooting.
The Shooting
The photo shoot lasts about 15 minutes, with professional photo studio lighting, set for you very carefully.
All of our knowledge, and expertise, will accompany you during the photo shoot, to make sure your session is a success.
A great portrait remains a team effort between the model and the photographer.
The Selection
The selection is made in your presence and includes 1 to 3 photos. It will last about 20 minutes.
The Editing
It is done in your presence. It will last about 20 minutes.
Our desire is to get pictures of you that look like you, with a beautiful energy, and where you will be at your best. To achieve this, we will use our skills, with a professional equipment and adapted programs.
Concerning the modifications, we will be able to adjust the colors, the tones, the brightness, the contrast, the frame and many other elements.
Upon request, more elaborated alterations are possible, but are not part of the formula. In that case, the deadline for the delivery of the photos will be delayed, as well as additional fees will apply. Everything will depend on the demand and the work required to obtain the results you want.
The Delivery of your photos
The selected photos are handed out to you at the end of the session, in a format and resolution that meets your needs, it’s that simple.
Your options are putting them on your USB key, by “WeTransfer” or via any other digital transmission.
With some exceptions, we do not submit unedited photos.
The Payment
The payment of $200 will be made in cash at the end of the session. For any special request, please let us know in advance.
The Agreement
The agreement is an administrative paper giving you the legal right to use the photos submitted for an intended use.
It limits the photographer to use it in the exclusive context of his profession (online portfolio).
If in the future you wish to use the photos for profit, there is no problem, but you will need to contact us in order to obtain our permission.
